Recovery and mental preparation

Practice schedule is the backbone of dance training consistency. After experimenting with various approaches, we've found that dedicating specific days and times to different aspects of dance helps make steady progress across multiple areas rather than hyperfocusing on one thing at the expense of others. This weekly structure provides enough routine to build habits while remaining flexible enough to adjust based on how my body feels or what I'm most motivated to work on.
